1. Services Provided

SerQ provides:

• Digital products
• Software solutions
• Service management systems
• On-demand service marketplace solutions
• SaaS platforms
• Custom IT development services

All features, pricing, and offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Booking, Orders & Payments

• All bookings/orders must be placed through our official website, WhatsApp, email, or customer support.
• Payments can be made via UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, or other approved options.
• Prices listed may not include GST unless clearly specified.
• Advance payments may be required for certain services or development projects.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in service delays or cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or project start.
• If development/service work has already started or resources have been allocated, cancellation charges will apply.
• Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7 working days.

No refund will be provided once:

• Development work has begun
• Digital assets, code, or deliverables have been shared
• Services or digital products have been delivered

AMC/subscription plans are non-refundable, but may be transferable on a case-to-case basis.

4. Service Warranty

Warranty is applicable based on the selected service or package.

Warranty does not cover:

• Customer misuse
• Unauthorized alterations
• Damage caused by third parties
• Any physical or accidental damage

5. Liability

SerQ / Querycode Techno Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Technical delays due to server issues or third-party dependencies
• Any loss of data due to customer-side negligence
• Issues caused by misuse of accounts, credentials, or software

Users are responsible for ensuring the safety of their devices and login information.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain communication and availability for service delivery
• Not misuse, resell, or illegally share proprietary software, credentials, or licenses
• Follow all guidelines, usage rules, and service workflows provided by SerQ

7. Payment Responsibility

• All payments must be made only to Querycode Techno Pvt. Ltd.'s official bank or online accounts.
• Direct payments to employees, technicians, or developers are strictly prohibited.
• If a customer pays directly to an individual, the company is not responsible.
• Invoices or digital receipts will be shared through email or WhatsApp.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect and protect customer privacy.
• Your personal information is kept safe and used only for service-related operations.
• We do not sell or share your data with any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs, content, documentation, and materials provided by SerQ remain the intellectual property of Querycode Techno Pvt. Ltd., unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Patna Courts / Bihar Courts, unless stated otherwise.
