2. Subscription Activation

• Subscriptions are activated only after successful payment.

• Access credentials are shared after verification and payment confirmation.

3. Billing & Payment

3.1 Payment Method

• Users must ensure valid and up-to-date payment details.

3.2 Billing Cycle

4. Auto-Renewal

Serq reserves the right to terminate accounts after prolonged non-payment.

10. Subscription Cancellation

• Subscriptions can be canceled by contacting support or via dashboard (if enabled).
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger refunds.
• Service access remains active until the end of the billing period.

11. Fair Usage Policy

• Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage limits.
• Excessive load, abuse, or misuse may lead to restrictions or additional charges.

12. Changes to Subscription Plans

13. Termination by Serq

No refunds will be issued upon termination.
