By purchasing or subscribing to Serq through serq.in, mobile applications, or official sales channels, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Service
- Serq provides digital SaaS products, subscriptions, software access, and customization services.
- Once access is granted, resources are allocated, and services are initiated.
Due to the digital nature of our offerings, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.
2. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial usage
- Unused subscription period
- Downgrades
- Change of business decision
- Lack of usage after activation
3. Onboarding, Setup & Customization Charges
Onboarding fees, setup fees, and customization charges are strictly non-refundable.
These fees cover configuration, resource allocation, development, and deployment costs.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing.
- Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

- Failure to cancel before renewal will result in charges for the next cycle.
5. Exceptional Refund Scenarios

- Payment was deducted but service was not activated
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Free Trials & Promotional Offers
- Free trials do not guarantee refunds.

- One-time offers and lifetime deals are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Serq support may lead to:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent termination of services

8. Service Downtime & Technical Issues
- Temporary downtime, maintenance, or third-party service issues do not qualify for refunds.
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Business Closure or Account Termination
- If Serq terminates an account due to policy violations or misuse, no refunds will be issued.
- Voluntary account closure by the user does not entitle refunds.
10. Changes to This Policy
Serq reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
